A much loved Ottawa brand since 2013, Mad Faux Cheese is now Rad Faux Cheese by Hungry Babe! These small batch cashew wedges are approx 125g and vacuum sealed, and can be frozen for up to 6 months. 
 
Mozz: a classic white mozzarella style vegan brick, works well crumbled or sliced, has a lovely melt and creamy/salty neutral flavor. Great for pizzas and used by many popular pizza spots in Ottawa as their vegan cheese option. 
 
Cheddah: a tangier orange cheddar/american cheese style brick, excellent sliced or melted into a soup or sauce. Perfect for a vegan grilled cheese or breakfast sandwich, and a big hit at many of our events!
