who loves to cook and loves to eat
I've always found vegan prepared meals boring, unsatisfying, or loaded with body shaming branding, but I used to eat them all the time because I thought if my body looked different I could learn to love myself more.
Turns out the thing that made me love myself more was to eat delicious food that gave me the energy to follow my dreams.
In 2020 I left my day job in grocery management to pursue Hungry Babe full time, and I hope nobody ever eats a sad salad because they feel bad about their body, or because it's the only vegan option, again. Cooking for people I love had always made me happy, so I hope I can cook for you soon!
In 2023 I was so proud to take over management of Mad Faux Cheese--one of my favourite woman-owned vegan brands! We're now producing the same beautiful small batch cashew cheese you remember, under a new name: Rad Faux Cheese by Hungry Babe. Try it today!

Order Online for Home Delivery!
Meals are prepared fresh on Monday mornings, and orders can be placed until 8 am on Sunday for next day service.
We offer flat rate delivery via local courier service for $10+hst within an 15km range of our kitchen, $15+hst within 20km, or $20+hst within 40km. Customers can also pick up orders at our shared kitchen space in Gloucester from1-3pm.
